OUR STORY
Inter-Tribal is a 100% Indigenous-owned boutique consulting firm specializing in engagement, policy support and implementation, capacity and team building, and governance. Inter-Tribal aims to decolonize and humanize management consulting services by incorporating Indigenous ways of knowing and being into our work and practice.
Inter-Tribal was created to fill the gap within the management consulting space for a best-in-class Indigenous-owned and led full-service firm.
Currently based out of Ottawa, but working from coast-to-coast-to-coast, Inter-Tribal works with Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations in the private and public sectors across Canada.
Inter-Tribal's founding partners have worked in executive leadership roles in Indigenous communities for over 30 years and have leveraged their combined lessons learned, and technical expertise to develop a full-suite service offering that meets the unique needs of Indigenous communities and those working towards reconciliation.
